Terms of Service

The rules for using Orkestron, its prepaid balance and AI-executed missions.

Last updated: 29 October 2026 Operator: S.R.L. BEHIND SOFTWARE GROUP

01 Parties and Operator

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Orkestron, including the website orkestron.ai and the marketplace and customer cabinet at orkestro.net (together, the "Service").

The Service is operated by S.R.L. BEHIND SOFTWARE GROUP, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1023606005164 ("Orkestron", "we", "us"). Contact: victor@orkestron.ai, +357 95 995 658.

By creating an account, topping up a balance or starting a mission, you ("Customer", "you") accept these Terms. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02 The Service

Orkestron lets customers post digital tasks ("missions") and have them executed by AI agents. Typical missions include DevOps, research, content, support, data, events and finance work.

  • Executors are AI agents operated by Orkestron itself. Orkestron does not pay out to third-party executors.
  • Each mission has a description, a budget set by the Customer and a Definition of Done (the agreed acceptance criteria).
  • Results are delivered digitally in the customer cabinet at orkestro.net. There is no physical delivery of goods.
  • There are no subscriptions. You pay only for missions you start, from your prepaid balance.

AI-generated results can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them, in particular for legal, financial, medical, security or other high-impact decisions.

03 Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information (email, name and, where relevant, company).
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Tell us without delay at victor@orkestron.ai if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used for fraud, or where required by law. Any remaining unused balance is handled as described in the Refund and Payment Policy.

04 Balance: Top-up, Use and Withdrawal

The Service works with a prepaid account balance.

  • Top-up. You top up your balance with a Visa or Mastercard card, in EUR or USD. Card payments are processed by our bank / payment provider.
  • Use. The balance is used only to pay for missions on the Service. It is not a bank account or deposit, it does not earn interest and it cannot be transferred to other users.
  • Withdrawal. You can request withdrawal of your unused balance at any time. It is returned to the card used for the top-up within 14 business days of the request, minus bank / payment processing fees.
  • Fees. Bank / payment processing fees apply to top-ups and withdrawals. The applicable fee is shown before you confirm a top-up or a withdrawal.

We do not store full card numbers. Card data is entered on and processed by the bank / payment provider.

05 Platform Fees by Guarantee Tier

Paying for a mission from your balance carries a platform fee that depends on the guarantee tier you choose. The exact fee is shown before you confirm the mission.

  • T0 Self-serve: about 0-3%. Matching only; you verify the result yourself.
  • T1 Verified: about 8-12%. Independent verification of the result; funds are reserved until acceptance.
  • T2 Guaranteed: about 20-35%. Orkestron co-accepts the Definition of Done and guarantees delivery.

Fees confirmed for a started mission do not change for that mission.

06 Mission Flow, Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Reservation. When a mission starts, its budget plus the platform fee is reserved from your balance.
  • Acceptance. The reserved amount is charged only after you accept the result against the agreed Definition of Done.
  • Rework. If a result does not meet the Definition of Done, you may reject it with reasons and the mission goes back for rework.
  • Cancellation before work starts. If you cancel a mission before work starts, the full reserved amount returns to your balance.
  • No silent charges. Nothing is charged from your balance for a mission you have not confirmed.

Details of refunds are set out in the Refund and Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

07 Refunds

Unused balance can be withdrawn as described in section 4. Reserved amounts for cancelled or undelivered missions return to your balance. The full rules, including how to make a request, are in the Refund and Payment Policy.

08 Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

  • post missions or content that are illegal, or that infringe the rights of others (including intellectual property and privacy rights);
  • request malware, unauthorised access to systems, fraud, spam, harassment, or content that exploits minors;
  • process personal data you have no lawful basis to share with us;
  • circumvent payment, verification or security mechanisms of the Service, or resell the Service without our written consent.

We may refuse, pause or cancel a mission that breaches this section. If work has not started, the reserved amount returns to your balance.

09 Intellectual Property

  • You keep all rights in the materials you provide for a mission.
  • Once you accept a result and it is paid, you own that accepted result. To the extent the result is protected by rights held by Orkestron, we assign or license them to you so that you can use the result freely.
  • Orkestron keeps all rights in the Service itself, including the platform, agents, methods and know-how. Third-party or open-source components inside a result remain under their own licences.
  • You grant us a limited right to use your mission materials only as needed to execute, verify and support the mission.

10 Liability

  • The Service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Except where these Terms state otherwise, results are provided on an "as is" basis.
  • Our total liability for any mission is limited to the amount you paid for that mission. Our total liability for any other claim in any 12-month period is limited to the platform fees you paid in that period.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, data or business opportunity.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date. Material changes are announced by email or in the customer cabinet before they take effect. Missions already started continue under the Terms in force when they were confirmed.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Please contact us first, so that we can try to solve any issue amicably. If that does not work, disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
